What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you feel you have an especially extenuating circumstance, please shoot us an email.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping should take 10-12 business days. We don't expect it to take that long every time, but that's our quote just to be safe.

When/where can I pick up my order?

Band Hall Pickup occurs at the Steinbrenner Band Hall. You can pick up your order at the back door of the band hall after morning rehearsal on home football game days. Current band members can also pick up their orders in the rehearsal hall after Monday night rehearsal.
